Sally Angel is Managing Director & Creative Director of Angelica Films. She is an Emmy, Peabody, Bafta, RTS, Focal, Sky Arts Award winner.
Sally is the producer of the multi-award-winning Holocaust feature-documentary Night Will Fall.
She devised and produced IFC/Hulu/BBC’s Tea with The Dames, starring Eileen Atkins, Judi Dench, Joan Plowright and Maggie Smith, directed by Roger Michell.
She devised and produced the critically acclaimed observational four part C4 documentary series, Inside the American Embassy, capturing 9 months of daily life behind the scenes of the U.S. Embassy in London as Donald Trump became President.She was executive producer of the BAFTA-winning digital short Missed Call, entirely shot on a mobile phone. She has also been awarded the International Prize for Human Ecology for the ecology film Animate Earth.
Sally is a psychotherapist, and a certified coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is a committee Member of the Ethical Journalism Network, and a visiting professor of School of Communication and Creativity at City, University of London.
